It has not been a good night for incumbents in Pocatello. Mayor Roger Chase will not serve a third term, losing to Brian Blad 3,792 votes to 3,417. Robert Richway who has spent more than a decade in public service lost his seat on the City Council to former Bannock County Commissioner Craig Cooper.

Bannock County expects to see low voter turnout for Tuesday's election. Fewer absentee and early votes were cast in Bannock County compared to past elections.
